摘要
目的:探讨减轻内眦瘢痕的赘皮矫正术。方法:采用“Z”字改形法,精确的手术设计,采用低创伤显微技术缝合。结果:25例内眦赘皮明显的患者经手术治疗效果满意,赘皮被矫正,瘢痕不显。结论:“Z”字改形术在内眦赘皮的矫正中设计简单、合理,而微创技术为伤口的良好愈合创造了条件。
Objective To study the methods of epicanthoplasty to redure the scar of inner canthus. Methods The operation method of Z-shaped altering has exact design and micro-trauma technique suture. Results 25 cases have obtained satisfied effects after epicanthoplasty,epicanthus corrected and no scars shown. Conclusion The design of epicanthoplasty with the method of Z-shaped altering is simple and reasonable, mini-incision technique creates a good condition for the soon healed wounds.
