17-β雌二醇、孕酮对增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞生长增殖的影响

摘要 目的:研究雌性激素对增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞生长增殖的影响。方法:对增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞(HSFB)进行体外培养,利用MTT比色法及3H-TdR掺入法测定17-β雌二醇(17-βE2)、孕酮(P)对HSFB生长增殖的影响;并且对两种激素作用效果加以比较。结果:17-βE2 、P对HSFB生长增殖的抑制作用呈明显的剂量依赖性(P<0.01),17-βE2 总的抑制作用比P强(P<0.05)。结论:在体外环境中,雌性激素可抑制增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞生长增殖,且雌激素的作用效果比孕激素强。 Objective To study the influnence of 17-beta estradiol(17-β E2) and progesterone (P)on proliferation of hypertrophic scar fibroblasts(HSFB). Methods By culturing HSFB,we investigated cell proliferation by MTT and 3H-TdR incorporation. Results 17-β E2 could inhibit HSFB proliferation in a dose-depended manner(P<0.01),The effect of 17-β E2 was more significant,when compared with P(P <0.05). Conclusion Estrogen can inhibit HSFB proliferation In vitro,and it's effect is more significant than progestin.
