民办高校面临的竞争日益激烈。为求得生存和发展,民办高校必须从教育理念、战略决策、人力资源、组织管理等方面构筑自己的核心竞争力,从而形成自己的竞争优势。
Private colleges and universities are now faced with increasingly severe competition. For their survival and development private colleges and universities should gain core competence in advanced education ideas, wise strategic decisions, flexible human recourse policies, scientific organization and management so as to form their own competitive superiority.
