摘要
本文从五个方面定量、定性地分析了中国利用外商直接投资中存在的问题 :1中国利用外商直接投资的地区分布很不平衡 ;2中国吸引外商直接投资方式主要还是“绿地”方式 ;3投资环境不完善 ;4重数量、轻管理 ;5法律不健全。其次 ,通过一些数据分析了中国吸引外商直接投资的前景 。
This paper quantitatively and qualitatively analyzes the problems with utilizing FDI in China in five aspects: ①The regional distribution of FDI is badly unbalanced; ②The main type of FDI in China is 'greenfield' investment; ③The investment environment is imperfect;④More attention is paid to quantity than to management; ⑤ The relevant law is not sound. Based on data, the article then analyzes the prospects of attracting FDI to China, and some measures and suggestions are put forward to expand FDI in China.
