摘要
本文报道经B超图象、B超图象配合B超引导下定位穿刺或配合β—HCG放免法测定并结合临床病史、症状、体征进行综合性分析诊断不典型异位妊娠49例,48例得到确诊,诊断符合率97.9％。超声图象表现类型:完整胚囊型、混合型及实囊块加盆腔积液型,后两型以陈旧性异位妊娠居多。B超检查迅速、可靠、安全、直视,对妊娠部位的确定具有独特价值,应作为检查异位妊娠的首选措施。
Diagnosis of 49 patients with atypial extrauterine pregnancy were established by B-mode ultrasongraphy with or without needle aspiration or in combination with β-HCH assay and a comprehensive amalysis of the case history, clinical symptoms and sings. 48 out 49 cases were diagnosed correctly with an accuracy rate of 97.9％. The ultrasonography might show a complete embryonic sac type, a mixed type and or a systo-parenchymataus may with pelvic hydrops type. The later two types were often of old extrauterine pregnancy. B-mode ultrasonography, being time-saving, reliable, safe and by direct vision should be used as method of first choice for lacalization of extrauterine prognahcy.
