摘要
钛硅分子筛(TS-1)催化丙烯环氧化过程中,H2O2能与醇溶剂发生氧化副反应。实验考察了反应物浓度、温度等因素对醇溶剂氧化的影响。结果表明反应对TS-1用量是1级,对H2O2为0到1级,对醇是0级,相同条件下3种醇的氧化程度为:异丙醇>仲丁醇>>甲醇。由提出的反应机理建立了反应动力学模型,用实验所得数据对模型进行了参数回归,结果令人满意。
Oxidation of solvents in process of epoxidation of propylene with alcohol/water as solvents catalyzed by Ti/Si Molecular Sieve (TS-1) was studied. The effects of reaction conditions such as concentrations of reactants and temperature on oxidation were discussed. It was found experimetally that the oxidation reaction is first order with respect to the amounts of TS-1, and between zero and unity in the oxidant concentration and zero in the alcohol concentration. Under the same condition, oxidation of alcohol in the order: iso-propanol>sec-butanol>>methanol. Kinetics model was established according to the proposed reaction mechanism. After parameter estimation, relevant kinetics equation was obtained which fit with experimental data well, the average deviation between experimental and calculated date is less than 12%. Finally, experiment data were interpreted in term of a possible reaction mechanism.
