摘要
大学生权利意识的凸显、学校后勤社会化与办学规模扩大的转型、建设法治社会的方略,共同要求高校学生工作必须依法管理。而落实依法管理高校学生工作的关键在于:统一思想、提高认识;加强组织机构与队伍建设;加强管理制度建设;加强教育普法工作;提高学生对管理制度的认可度;发挥学生自我管理的能力;正确处理“德治”与“法治”的关系。
The accentuation of college students' rights awareness,the outsourcing college services to independent service providers and the enlargement of the size of the school,and the building of a socialist country under the rule of law —all this requires us to manage college student work in strict accordance with the law.And the key to implementing the management of college student work in accordance with the law lies in:unifying everyone's thinking and reaching common understanding;building a strong contingent;establishing a management system;spreading the general knowledge of education laws and regulations;giving scope to students' self-management ability;correctly handling the relation between the rule of law and rule by virtue;etc.
