摘要
针对带锯制材的特点,将模糊控制技术引入带锯机进料装置的自动控制中,研究了它的控制规则,并设计了一个模糊控制器,试验表明:采用模糊控制技术不仅可提高带锯机加工质量。
According to the characteristic of the band saw machining,a fuzzy control method was introduced into the feed device of band, and a fuzzy control ruler was designed,the test show that the fuzzy control technology can improve the machining quality and optimize the machining process.
