摘要
目的 :探讨难复性肩关节脱位的一种新的快速复位方法。方法 :回顾性分析 37例急性肩关节脱位在非麻醉下采用零度位牵引法手法复位的治疗效果。结果 :37例均急诊复位成功 ,无并发骨折及神经损伤 ,随访 3～ 6个月无再发脱位。结论
Objective:To investigate a new technic for the difficult reduction of shoulder dislocation.Methods:To analyze the effect of the therapy of 37 acute shoulder dislocation retrospectively.All the 37 patients were reduced by the zero postion manipulation with on anesthesia.Results:37 cases were reduced successfully for emergency therapy,with no fracture or nerve injury.There were no recurrent dislocation.Conclusion:The zero position manipulation is a useful technic for shoulder dislocation, especially for difficult reduction.
