摘要
目的:分析中药调剂时常见差错的原因并提出预防对策。方法:根据中药调剂室的处方调查,参阅有关资料作出综合分析。结果:总结了常见差错的七种类型,并提出三大对策。结论:中药调剂是事关生命的专业性工作,应严格质量控制。
Objective To analyse common mistakes in mixing tradition Chinese medicine and come up with preventive measures. Methods Referring to related reference books as well as analyzing traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Mixing Department. Results 7 kinds of common mistakes were concluded.Conclusion The job of mixing traditional Chinese medicine is not only professional but also vital. Its quality must be strictly controlled.
