摘要
加强图书馆员职业道德教育的途径有道德他律和道德自律两种 ,他律是对道德主体的“外在约束” ,而自律则是对道德主体的“内在约束” ,本文认为图书馆员应实现由道德他律到自律的转换。文章围绕道德自律的贯彻实践 ,对道德自律的途径及自我评价进行了具体探讨。
There aro two approaches of strengthening librarian′s vocational morality, what are self-discipline and heteronomous morality. The article considers that librarians should transform from heteronomous to self-discipline. With a view to the practice of morality, the thesis discusses the issue of self-estimate and concrete means of self-discipline morality.
