基于热电制冷技术的营养液温控系统的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 在分析研究热电制冷技术工作特点的基础上 ,利用热电制冷技术开发了番茄无土栽培营养液温度控制系统。试验结果表明 ,应用该温控系统能够把营养液夏季温度控制在 2 1~ 2 3℃ ,冬季温度控制在 19 5~ 2 0 5℃范围内 ,满足番茄深液流无土栽培的需求 ;系统制冷系数约为 2 0 % ,适用于制冷量需求较小的栽培情况。该系统使用方便 。 Based on the analysis of the fundamental principles of thermoelectric technology , a nutrient solution temperature control system used in tomato hydroponics was developed by applying the thermoelectric cooling technology. Measuring method of the refrigeration system coefficient was designed and effects of water flux to the coefficient of the system were analyzed. The experiment results showed that this system was convenient to use, and it was easy to realize the transfer between the cooling and heating only by changing the direction of the current. The nutrient solution temperature was obtained in the 21~23?℃ in summer and in the 19 5~20 5?℃ in winter. The demand of tomato deep flow technique hydroponics was satisfied. The refrigeration coefficient of the system is about 20 % , under special or low refrigeration load condition.
