人工与仪器检测尿RBC对肾炎诊断价值评价比较

摘要 目的 探讨DiasysR/S -工作站 (人工计数 )与Clinitek - 5 0 0尿分析仪 (仪器 )检测尿红细胞(RBC)对肾炎诊断的价值。方法 将血RBC加入pH5与pH9正常尿液中 ,放置 8h ,观察溶解情况。分析比较临床确诊的 5 4例急性肾小球肾炎、80例慢性肾小球肾炎首诊尿常规RBC人工与仪器检测结果。结果 RBC置尿液pH5与pH9环境下 8h后不溶解。人工与仪器检测急性肾小球肾炎尿RBC阳性率分别是 83%、98% ,两者比较P <0 0 1 ;慢性肾炎分别是 5 1 %、87% ,P <0 0 1。结论 患者尿中血红蛋白可能来自血液。仪器检测急、慢性肾炎尿RBC较人工方法敏感。 Objective Study on the diagnosis value in nephritis using Diasys R/S and Clinitek-500 urine analyzer to determine red blood cells in urine. Methods We observed the dissolution of red blood cells after they were added to the normal urine which pH is 5 and 9 respectively for 8 hours. Compare the measurement results of red blood cells in urine of 54 and 80 patients who were definitely diagnosed as acute or chronic glomerulonephritis for the first time respectively. Result Red blood cells didn’t dissolve into urine mentioned above after 8 hours. Positive rate of measurement of red blood cells in urine of acute and chronic glomerulonephritis patients respectively is 83% and 98% ( P <0 01), 51% and 87% ( P <0 01) by Diasys R/S and Clinitek-500. Conclusion It is more sensitive to determine red blood cells in urine of the patients mentioned above by Clinitek-500 than Diasys R/S.
