摘要
目的 探讨降钙素治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法 1 6 0例老年性骨质疏松症患者 ,分为实验组和对照组。实验组使用鲑鱼降钙素 (密盖息 )和钙尔奇 -D 和维生素AD ,对照组使用钙尔奇 -D和维生素AD。检测治疗 6个月前后腰椎 3、4 (L3 ,4) ,股骨颈部 ,Wards区 ,桡骨远端的骨密度 (BMD)变化。观察用药 1 0次后骨痛程度的改变。结果 降钙素组治疗 6个月后 ,腰椎 3、4 ,股骨颈 ,Wards区 ,桡骨远端的骨密度较治疗前分别升高 6 5 %、8 1 %、4 6 %、5 8%和 1 1 7% (P <0 0 5 )。对照组无明显改变 (P >0 0 5 )。用药 1 0次后实验组骨痛总有效率为 94 45 % ,对照组为 32 85 % (P <0 0 1 )。结论 降钙素能有效提高骨密度 ,明显缓解疼痛 ,是一种治疗老年性骨质疏松症的良好药物。
Objective To discuss the effects of calcitonin on treatment of the old osteoporosis. Methods 160 cases of the old osteoporosis were divided into experimental group and controlled group. The experimental group was treated with calcitonin and caltrate-D and vitamine AD, the controlled group was treated with caltrate-D and vitamine AD. The BMD of lumbar 3、4, neck of femur, region of Wards, and distal radius were examined at pre-treatment and 6 months post-treatment. The alteration of degree of the bone pain were observed after treatment 10 times. Results The BMD of lumbar 3、4, neck of femur, region of Wards, and distal radius increased significantly 6 5%、8 1%、4 6%、5 8% and 11 7% ( P <0 05). The controlled group were no significant alteration. The total effective rate of experimental group was 94 45%, and the controlled group was 32 85% ( P <0 01). Conclusion Calcitonin could improve effectively the BMD, and relieve the bone pain of osteoporosis. It is a good medicine to treat the old osteoporosis.
