摘要
本文认为,“现代性”关涉到的是现代社会生活中的一个最抽象、最深刻的层面,这就是价值观念的层面。文化对现代性的影响是一个基本事实,“中国的现代性”这种提法意味着现代性的多元性。当代中国现代性的建构,必须处理好现代性的普世价值与中国国情的问题,经济发展与人的全面发展问题,发展科学技术与遏制科学主义的问题,世俗化与超验话语的问题,现代性认同的理性筹划问题。
The word Modernity indicates the most abstract and profound dimension of the social lives, namely, the dimension of value-concepts. It is true that certain cultures affect modernity, and the expression of Chinese modernity indicates the diversification of modernity. The construction of Chinese modernity must be based on the settlements of following problems: the relation between universal value-concepts and the situation of China, economic developments and the all-round development of human beings, the development of technology and anti-scientism, secularism and super-experience, and identification of rational projects by modernity.
