国际化进程中的民国外交 被引量：5

The Diplonacy of the Republic of China in the Process of Internationalization

摘要 民国外交呈现了一个弱势国家在参与西方国家主导的国际关系体系时所面临的矛盾与特征:国际化与现代民族国家的建立、遵循国际规则与维护国家利益、法理上的独立与事实上的自主等。因而,以中华民国融入国际关系体系为主要线索,根据构建现代民族国家和加入国际关系体系的两个基本维度,揭示一个弱势国家在国际化进程中所普遍遭遇的矛盾,这是研判民国外交的分析架构,也是探讨20世纪中国参与国际关系体系的基本考量。
