摘要
本文以铁道车辆中摇枕和侧架铸钢件为例,论述了气孔对铸件疲劳强度的影响。分析了薄壁铸钢件气孔缺陷产生的原因,提出有效的预防措施。
Synopsis: Taking the bolster and side frame of railway cars as the examples, the quthor had discussed the effect of gas hole on the fatigue strength of casting. and analized the formation gas hole in thin section steel castings. The effective mea-suer for limitation were proposed.
