栽培基质与外源激素对Milpa Alta仙人掌生根的研究

摘要 利用不同的扦插基质、不同的外源激素 (α -NAA、IBA)对米邦塔食用仙人掌进行了扦插比较试验 ,通过试验可知高浓度的外源激素 (30 0~ 5 0 0mg/Lα -NAA或IBA)对根数的增多有显著作用 。 Effects of cultivated media and exogenous hormone on the rooting of Milpa Alta cactus were investigated. The results of the experiments suggested that the numbers of root increased significantly, when palm-shaped stems were dipped in exogenous hormone with higher concentrations(300~500mg/L α-NAA or IBA); and the appropriate cultivated medium was the mixture of peat and perlite, in which the root was the longest.
