红旗牌6000/362活塞式氮氢气压缩机是中型氮肥厂的关键设备之一,该压缩机的一段气缸体,形状复杂、要求高,铸造上存在相当难度。本文介绍该缸体的铸造工艺设计、化学成分选择及铸造缺陷的防止。
The Red-flag brand 6000/362 N_2—H_2 reciprocating compressor is one of the most important equipment in a middle scale synthetic ammonical factory. There are certain difficulties in foundry process because the shape of the first stage cylinder body of the compressor is complex and required high quality. In this paper will discuss on the foundry process, selection of the compositions and elimination of the casting defects.
