摘要
本文研究了显微组织对用于铝合金铸模的铸造H13钢的冲击韧性的影响,试验了高温扩散退火工艺。结果表明,由于改善了组织的偏析状况因而使CH13钢的冲击韧性值提高2倍以上达135J/cm^2。文章分析了冲击韧性提高的原因。
This paper studied the effect of microstructure on the impact toughness of H13 cast steel. The test results showed that the homogenization annealing improved the impact toughness. By means of the SEM analysis reasons of improving the impact toughness have been discussced.
