摘要
通过测定两个不同粒叶比小麦品种Lu 2 2和Lu 14叶片和非叶片光合器官叶绿素含量、光合速率及叶绿素荧光参数 ,探讨了非叶光合器官光合特性的差异。结果表明 ,高粒叶比品种Lu 2 2各部位的叶绿素含量均高于低粒叶比品种Lu 14 ,特别是在衰老后期 ,Lu 2 2能维持较高的叶绿素含量 ;在叶片叶绿素含量及光合速率明显下降时 ,非叶片光合器官仍能维持较高的叶绿素含量及光合能力 ,这有利于籽粒增重。花后初期 ,品种之间及其不同部位的Fv Fm 差异很小 ,但在衰老后期低粒叶比品种的Fv Fm 下降幅度明显大于高粒叶比品种 ,说明高粒叶比品种Lu 2 2能维持较高的光能吸收转化效率。高粒叶比品种的叶片及穗部PSⅡ天线所吸收的光能向光化学反应分配的能量比例较高 ,随着衰老进程 ,过剩光能增多 ,非叶部位尤其是穗部对过剩光能耗散能力较强。高粒叶比小麦品种的光合功能期较长 ,能以较小的叶面积维持较大的库容 。
Chlorophyll contents, net photosynthetic rates and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of two winter wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)cultivars, Lu 22 and Lu 14, were measured to study the differences in photosynthetic characteristics among different photosynthetic organs of two wheat cultivars with different grain-leaf area ratio. The results showed that chlorophyll contents in different organs of Lu 22 with high grain-leaf area ratio was higher than that of Lu 14 with low grain-leaf area ratio. Especially at the late stage of senescence, Lu 22 was able to maintain higher chlorophyll content in non-leaf organs when chlorophyll content and photosynthetic capability of leaf declined significantly, which was important to grain filling. At the early stage of senescence, the difference of F_v/F_m among different organs of two wheat cultivars was not obvious. But at the late stage of senescence,F_v/F_m of Lu 14 with low grain-leaf area ratio was decreased more rapidly than that of Lu 22 with high grain-leaf area ratio, which indicated that Lu 22 was able to maintain higher absorption and transfer efficiency of light energy. Φ_(PSⅡ) of leaves and ears in Lu 22 was higher than that in Lu 14, which meant more energy absorbed by leaves and ears transferred to photochemical reaction in former. With the process of senescence, excess energy increased. The ability of dissipating excess energy increased in non-leaf organs, especially in the ear. Lu 22 with higher grain-leaf area ratio was able to maintain larger sink capacity by smaller leaf area because of its longer photosynthetic duration of non-leaf organs. Thus the photosynthetic characteristics of non-leaf organs played important role for increasing grain weight.
