本文介绍了醇基涂料的耐火骨料、溶剂、粘结剂和悬浮剂的选择,详细地介绍了醇基涂料用于湿砂型的工艺方法。应用后铸件表面粗糙度比原来提高2级。
In this paper the selection for the refractory fillers, liquid carrier, binders and suspension of alcohol basedcoating have been introduced. The quality control of alcohol based coating have been discussed and analysed in detail. Then, the brushing techniques and other related techniques of alcohol based coating applied to green sand mould have been given. It has been proved that this coating can improved the casting roughess of cast surface by 2 grade and reduce energy comsumption and the production cost of castimg.
