摘要
采用小鼠阳虚模型和肾虚(去势)模型探讨了葆春精胶囊的补肾壮阳作用机制。实验结果表明,葆春精胶囊能显著地提高阳虚小鼠在低温环境中的游泳存活时间,并可拮抗氢可所致的小鼠脏器重量减轻,与模型组比较,其胸腺、肾指数增加明显。明显提高去势小鼠阴茎对外部刺激的兴奋性及敏感性,缩短阴茎勃起潜伏期,显著增加肾虚小鼠包皮腺、精囊腺前列腺及提肛肌指数。并能明显提高正常雄性小鼠的交配能力和精子数量。提示葆春精胶囊对阳萎有较好的治疗作用。
The mechanism of nourishing kidney and tonic yang effect of baochunjing(BCJ) capsules was studied based on yang deficiency and castrated mice model. The result showed that BCJ significantly prolonged the survive time of yang deficiency mice in cold water and resisted the decrease of mice organs' weight induced by hydrocortisone. The index of thymus and that of kidney increased obviously compared with model group. BCJ could significantly raise the excitability and sensitivity of mice's penis to extrinsic stimulation, decrease the latent period of penis erection, significantly increase castrated mice's preputial gland index, seminal capsule gland + prostate gland index and musculus levator index. And obviously enhance the copulate capability and germ cell number of normal male mice. It also had the promoting effect on the body weight and accessory sexual organ of normal male young mice. The result suggested that BCJ could treat impotence effectively.
