摘要
近几年来,为适应我国铁路运输迅速发展需要,旅客列车扩大编组,以解决运能与运量矛盾,因而引起列车纵向力的增大,致使车辆走行部分和承载部分的铸钢强度安全系数明显降低,危及行车安全。本文总结多年来机车车辆的关键件、基础件的失效情况,分析了原因,并介绍了改进铸造工艺、熔炼工艺、热处理工艺、推行水浴清砂,提高铸钢件综合机械性能,确保材质安全性、可靠性的措施。
According to the summary of casting failure analysis in recent years and based on the improvement in casting process design, melting and heat treatiment as well as the introduction of water—bath cleaning process, this paper introduces the measures to achieve better comprehensive mechanical properties and ensure the reliability and material safety of steel casting for rolling stocks.
