灰铸铁的成熟度与相对强度、硬化度与相对硬度、品质系数或质量指数(上) 被引量:9

摘要 成熟度RG与相对强度RZ、硬化度HG与相对硬度RH、品质系数或质量指数Qi是灰铸铁的三组质量参数,用于评定铁水的孕育效果,评定铸铁性能所达到的质量水平,评定生产者对冶金因素的控制水平和利用程度。该三组参数由德国人最先提出,并做了长期的研究工作;近年来,已引起我国铸造工作者的关注。本文系统地阐明了成熟度RG、相对强度RZ、硬化度HG、相对硬度RH、品质系数Qi的概念、应用、意义、控制范围、影响因素等。本文指出成熟度RG与相对强度RZ的意义相近,但更强调二者不得混淆;也指出硬化度HG与相对硬度RH意义相近,但也更强调二者不得混淆。 Degree of normality RG & Relative Strength RZ, Degree of hardness HG & Relative Hardness RH, Quality Index Qi are 3 sets of quality parameters for gray iron. They are used to evaluate inoculation effect, quality grade refer to mechanical properties of gray iron. control level and utilization degree in metallurgical factors by the foundrymen. These parameters were put forward by German firstly, They have been followed with interest by Chinese foundrymen in recent years. In this paper, the conceptions, applications, meanings, controlled range of data and effect factors of RG、RZ、HG、RH and Qi are expounded. In this paper,it is emphasized that RG and RZ as well as HG and RH are not confused, although they are similar in meanings.
