摘要
将龙、狮运动作为高校体育选修课程进行探讨与研究,阐述它的运动特征与动作要素及教学手段和方法,旨在弘扬中华民族精神,推动民族传统体育事业的发展。
This article studies the sports of 'Dragon and lion Dance' as one of the selective courses in colleges and tries to explain the characteristics and elements of its movements as well as the teaching methods. It aims to grand the traditional spirits of the Chinese people and promote the development of the traditional Chinese sports.
