摘要
本文介绍了景德镇匣钵砂(粉)的特性,对其作耐火材料采取的制壳工艺进行了分析讨论,指出了其特性对制壳工艺改进和型壳质量提高的影响,肯定了匣钵砂(粉)在熔模精密铸造中推广应用的工艺优越特点和经济合理价值。
In this paper, the characteristic of the sagger sands(the sagger powder) of Jingdezhen is introduced. The technique of shell preparation has also been analysed and discussed.Influences of their characteristics on the process of shell preparation and the improvement of shell quality has been point out. The advantage of the technology and economically value by widely applying sagger sauds(the sagger powder)in investment casting has been confirmed.
