摘要
本文系统地研究了铜对含0.3%铬和普通灰铸铁的抗拉强度、布氏硬度、质量指标、石墨形态、珠光体量、白口形成能力以及相应的铸造性能等一系列因素的作用,分析发现:铬铜复合后加入灰铸铁中能更好地发挥各自的合金化能力,含铬铸铁加入铜后,可以提高质量指标、改善石墨形态、稳定珠光体量、降低激冷倾向、改善铸造性能等有利作用,同时用回归方法分析了铜对强度、硬度和质量指标的关系。
Effects of copper on structures and propertise of both 0.3%Cr gray iron and general gray iron were systematicly studied in this paper.It showed that chromium and copper complexing can largely produce the individual alloying abillity in gray iron.Copper adding in 0.3%Cr gray iron,it is able to increase quality index, make graphitic better shape,enhance peariite volume fraction,decrease chill depth and improve casting properties,Linear regression equation were developed to relate the tensile strength,brinell hardness and quality index to the copper.
