本文介绍了高炉供风设备—热风炉的炉篦子这种厚壁多孔韧性球铁铸件的生产过程,主要内容为铸件的结构特点和技术要求;铸造工艺方案的设计;铁水的强韧性处理和热处理工艺的制定。
This article describes in detail the production of the heavy sectioned porous ductile iron casting of the grate bar of hot blast furnace.The author considered constructional features and technical conditions of the design of casting process,the treatment way of liquid iron and the heat treatment process.Finally,quality testing methods are described in order to estimating the soundness of products.
