《河南农业科学》编辑部为了适应市场经济的不断发展 ,以及应对入世所带来的冲击 ,在多年的办刊实践中 ,积极探索 ,开拓创新 ,通过采取多种行之有效的措施 ,使期刊的内外在质量不断提高 ,社会经济效益显著增强 。
In response to the steady development of market economy and the influence brought by China's entry into the WTO, the editorial department of the Journal of Henan Agricultural Sciences had actively explored and made innovations with a pioneering spirit through publishing practice of many years. A variety of feasible measures were taken and the quality of the periodical was increasingly improved in regard to both external and internal aspects while its social effects and economic benefits were significantly enhanced. A new trial featuring self_subsistence and self_development was blazed, that was proved suitable for the periodical publication.
