摘要
文章从高等教育发展趋势和网络环境两方面分析了高校图书馆文献资源建设面临的机遇 ,并提出了若干对策。
This paper holds the view that information resource construction in university library is facing with both the great changes of higher education and network environment. The paper puts forward some countermeasures to cope with it.
