摘要
基于我国公路路政管理系统研究成果,阐述路政与超限运输车辆识别综合管理系统的框架,路政管理系统的应用技术特点,各子系统的主要功能,超限运输车辆识别系统、车载移动办公系统设计要求及功能。系统的应用为全国治理超限运输车辆的工作提供一科学的技术手段。
This paper introduces the architecture of the integrateds management system of highway administration and overload vehicle identification,the application features and functions of highway administration management system and the designing features and functions of overload vehicle identification system and mobile office work system,based on the research achievements of highway administration management system.This system is suitable to handling the overload.
