摘要
甩挂运输是发达国家普遍采用的先进运输组织形式,对于提高运输效率具有重要的作用。本文阐述了甩挂运输的概念和运作模式,分析了甩挂运输的技术经济特点,介绍了发达国家开展甩挂运输的经验,分析了我国甩挂运输发展缓慢的原因;结合我国国情,提出了促进我国开展甩挂运输的相关政策与措施建议。
Semi trailer swap transport is an advanced way in organizing road transport and an effective means to enhance road transport efficiency.This paper states the concept and operation model and analyzes the technical economical characteristics of the semi trailer swap transport,and puts forward recommendations of the policies and measures to promote the development of semi trailer swap transport in China,based on the experiences in industrialized countries,taking into considerations of the Chinese situation.
