摘要
在玻璃砂为磨料、冲击磨损条件下,对不同的ADI耐磨性机理进行了研究,结果表明,其耐磨性随奥氏体化温度(850~950℃)和等温温度(260~380℃)的升高而下降;420℃等温时,其耐磨性比380℃时略有回升。其冲击磨损机理是冲击塑性变形磨损、切削和破裂共同作用的过程。
Abstract
The wear mechanism of different ADI were investigated under the conditions of impact abrasion with glass sand abrasive. The results showed that the wear resistance of ADI in impact abrasion decreased with increasing au-stenitizing temperatures (850~950癈) and austempering temperature (260~ 380癈), the wear resistance of ADI austempered at 420癈 is higher slightly than that austempered at 380癈. The impact abrasion mechanism is a combined process of impact plastic deformation wear, cutting wear and fracture.
