摘要
研究了热芯盒射砂制芯法覆膜砂芯起皮缺陷的形成机理,分析了主要影响因素,提出了消除覆膜砂芯起皮缺陷的途径。
Abstract
The mechanism of formation of skinning defect for shooting core-making of precoated sand in hot-box process was studied.The main factors casting the skinning defect during the core-making was also analyxed. The ways to eliminate the defect was proposed in this paper.
