摘要
目的 :探讨改良无结膜切口小梁切除术对角膜散光的影响及其转归。方法 :用Topcon - 710 0型角膜曲率计检测青光眼改良无结膜切口小梁切除术 32眼 (A组 )及常规小梁切除术 35眼 (B组 )术前及术后 7、30、6 0、90d时的角膜屈光度。结果 :A、B两组术后 7d时均有明显的循规性散光 ,以后逐渐减小 ,术后 2～ 3月基本恢复至术前状态。A、B两组间差异无显著性。结论 :改良无结膜切口小梁切除术在术后早期可引起明显的循规性散光 ,3个月内可恢复至术前水平。
Objective:To study the changes of corneal astigmatism following modified trabeculectomy without conjuctival incision.Methods:Modified trabeculectomy without conjunctival incision for 32 eyes(A group) and conventional trabeculectomy for 35eyes(B group) were performed. The corneal astigmatism were measured preoperatively and on the 7,30,60 and 90 days after surgery with Topcon-7100 keratometer.Results:With rule astigmatism was found on 7 days after operation in both groups and decreased gradually and reached the operative level 2～3 months after operation. There was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Modified trabeculectomy without coujunctival icision may cause certain withrule astigmatism in the early stage after surgery, but decrease to preoperative level within 3 months.
