摘要
通过对孟山都SytonX30和国产C-03两种硅溶胶的显微观察研究,并进行了大量工艺性能试验,揭示了两种硅溶胶的内在差异及其对精铸用涂料和型壳性能的影响,同时为国内硅溶胶质量的改进指出了方向。
Abstract
Based on microstructurc analysis and a large numbers of technological tests for colloidal silica of Syton X30 of Monsanto and C-03 produced in our country, the immanent differences between X30 and C-03 colloidal silica and their influence on the properties of coating and mould shell were revealed. The way to improve the quality of colloidal silica of Chinese make was found out.
