摘要
目的 :评价小型钛板坚固内固定加颌间弹性牵引治疗 4 1例下颌角骨折的疗效。探讨下颌角骨折的复位及恢复正常咬牙合关系的方法。方法 :回顾分析小型钛板固定加颌间弹性牵引治疗 4 1例下颌角骨折的临床资料。结果 :4 1例均获得满意的咬牙合关系 ,轻度张口受限 1例。结论 :小型钛板坚固内固定加颌间弹性牵引术是治疗下颌角骨折及恢复正常咬牙合关系的有效方法。
Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of miniplate rigid fixation and reduction by intermaxillary elastic traction in the treatment of fracture of mandibular joint. Method:The clinical data of 41 cases of fracture of mandibular joint who had been treated by miniplate rigid fixation and reduction by intermaxillary elastic traction were retrospectively analyzed. Result:The occlusion of dentition of 41 cases was good with limitation of mouth opening in 1 case.Conclusion: The conjunct use of miniplate rigid fixation and reduction by intermaxillary elastic traction is the effective treatment method for patients with fracture of mandibular joint.
