摘要
通过对多种耐火粉料性能分析并经生产验证后提出:铝矾土、石英粉、锆英粉和硅藻土适于作基料配制离心铸管涂料;双层涂料可有效地发挥基料的隔热及耐火性能;多孔质涂层可改善铸管表面质量。文中列出大量实用的离心铸管涂料专利配方。
Abstract
Through analysing a large quantities of refractory materials and verifying in production, some refractory materials such as bauxite, silica flour, zircon flour and diatomite are suitable to basic refractory materials of coating for centrifugal casting pipe. The double-layer coating has both heat-insulation and refractory effects porous coating can improve the surface finish of casting pipes. A number of practical patent coatings for centrifugal casting pipe are listed in this paper.
