耐热铸钢篦板材料的研究

摘要 研究了采用添加稀土等方法获得的ZG3Cr26Ni4RE和ZG3Cr26Nil5RE两种新材料的物理参数、力学性能、铸造性能、金相组织以及高温状态下的耐热性。结果表明,该材料在使用温度范围内达到了引进材料的性能指标。因而实现了国产耐热钢篦板替代引进篦板的目标,可以获得较大的经济效益。 Physical parameters, mechanical properties, casting properties, micro-Structure and heat resistance at high temperature of to new materials ZG3Cr26Ni4RE and ZG3Cr26Nil5RE containing rare earth were investigated in this paper. The results showed that in the temperature range of service, the properties of the new materials have reached those of imports abroad. Therefore the aim of replacing the grate plates imported by the heat resistant cast steel domestic product was attained and greater economic benefit was achieved.
