摘要
本文分析了公共图书馆在关注以及改进弱势群体生存状态中的作用,指出公共图书馆的免费教育功能是社会对弱势群体最有效的救助,并对公共图书馆为弱势群体服务的举措提出了几项建议。
The existing of the expanding disadvantaged in our country has been a serious problem for socialstability and economic development. This article discussed the role of the welfare-library in promoting in thedisadvantaged. Librarys welfare nature is the reflection of the social fairness, because it not only couldexpress the disadvantaged political hope but also is the best way for the disadvantaged to gain knowledgecapital. This article also offers some proposals for library to serve the disadvantaged well.
