摘要
基于白藜芦醇苷对Luminol KIO4 H2O2体系化学发光的抑制作用,建立了一种快速测定白藜芦醇苷的流动注射化学发光分析法。测定白藜芦醇苷的线性范围为2.0×10-8~8.8×10-6mol L;检出限为6.7×10-9mol L;相对标准偏差为1.9%(c白藜芦醇苷=4.4×10-7mol L,n=11);采样频率为144次 h。该方法可用于葡萄酒和中药虎杖中白藜芦醇苷的测定。
A novel flow-injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of Resveratrol Glucoside was developed based on the inhibition of the chemilumine scence of luminol-H_2O_2-KIO_4 in alkaline aqueous solution. The linear range of resveratrol glucoside was from 2.0×10^(-8)mol/L to 8.8×10^(-6) mol/L with the detection limit of 6.7×10^(-9) mol/L. The relative standard derivation was 1.9%. This method was applied to the determination of resveratrol glucoside in Chinese traditional drug and wine samples with satisfactory results.
