两种新型Trinder's反应色团的合成及应用

摘要 目的 :合成两种新的 Trinder's反应色团 N-乙基 - N-磺酸基乙基间甲苯胺 ( )和 3,5 -二氯邻羟基苯磺酸钠( )。方法 :以间甲苯胺为原料经两步烷基化反应合成化合物 ,以 2 ,4 -二氯苯酚经磺化反应合成化合物 。结果 :所合成的化合物经核磁共振及元素分析鉴定 ,与设计的化合物结构完全相符 ,应用试验表明 ,其各项性能均优于现有色团苯酚及四氯酚。当血清中胆红素含量小于 6 1.8mg/ L ,维生素 C含量小于 15 mg/ L ,其测量误差均小于 5 % ,与进口试剂盒相关试验 r=0 .994。结论 :所合成的试剂 ,完全可以代替苯酚和四氯酚 ,用于尿酸、胆固醇。 Object To Synthesis two novel Trinder's reaction chromogens : N ethyl N sulfoethyl m toluidine(Ⅰ) and 3,5 dichloro 2 hydroxy benzenesulfonic acid(Ⅱ).Methods CompoundⅠ was synthesized with m toluidine as start material by two step alkylation reactions, while compoundⅡwas synthesized with 2,4 dichlorophenol as start material by sulfonation reaction. Results By examination with NMR and elements analysis, these data conformed to the chemical structure of two compounds. Clinical experiments showed that the two novel compounds were better than phenol and tetrachlorophenol on all performances. When bilirubin less than 61.8 mg/L and Vitamin C less 15 mg/L, the mean error of determination were less than 5%. Conclusion The reagents synthesized could instead of phenol and tetrachlorophenol and be used in detection of uric acid, cholesterol, triglyceride and so on.
