摘要
报道氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂呋喃丹的微分脉冲伏安法的测定方法。在碱性介质中,呋喃丹水解成呋喃酚。而在pH为3.78的高氯酸溶液中,呋喃酚有一灵敏的氧化峰,峰电位为730mV(vs.Ag/AgCl),峰电流与呋喃丹的浓度在0.2-2.0μg/mL范围呈线性关系,由此可对呋喃丹进行定量分析,测定检测限为0.0936μg/mL。另外对呋喃丹的电化学行为进行了较详细的探讨。
A method for the determination of carbofuran at glass carbon electrode by differential pulse voltammetry is reported in this paper, it is based on the oxidation following its hydrolysis (formation of phenol derivatives ) in alkaline solution. In HClO_4, the oxidative peak potential was found at 730 mV(vs, Ag/Cl), and linear relationships between the oxidation peaks and the concentration of carbofuran was obtained in the range of 0.2 to 2.0 μg/mL. Its detection limit is 0.0936 μg/mL. This method is proved to be simple, convenient, rapid, precise and sensitive, and the results are satisfactory.
