摘要
文章对郊区化的概念、我国郊区化的研究概况和郊区化的动力机制进行了分析,指出了我国郊区化过程中城郊土地利用的特点、存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了城郊土地持续利用的对策和建议。
The paper analyses the conception of the suburbanization, the study survey of suburbanization in China and the target mechanism.It also discoveries the characteristics , the problems of uses of suburban land, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of sustainable use of suburban land based on the above discussion.
