摘要
远程教育走进了网络时代,通过分析探讨开放教育网络文化教育现状,将给远程开放网络文化教育者带来挑战和发展机遇,并提出电大网络文化素质教育应采取的创新措施,要充分利用电大系统的网络优势,创造丰富多彩的网上教育活动,要变被动为主动,变防范为引导,加强网络文化建设,营造网上校园网络文化氛围。
Distance education has stepped into network age, which will bring forth both challenge and opportunity. By analyzing the present status and the nature of network culture of open education, this article puts forward that creative measures should be taken, the advantages of the network of TVU system be fully utilized, and rich network education programmes be designed. The work around it should be done initiatively to strengthen the construction of network culture and to build a school culture atmosphere in Internet.
