摘要
公众参与是现代政治文明的基础。从政治文明建设视角入手,探析我国公众参与城市规划决策的必要性、现状及存在的问题,进而提出完善我国公众参与制度的若干建议。
Public participation is the base of the modern politics civilization. From the view of constructing the politics civilization, the author analyzes the necessity, current situation and problem of the public participating in the urban planning's decision-making, and puts forward some suggestions to perfect the system of public participation in our country.
