摘要
在Ba (OH) 2 作用下 ,用甲苯—氯仿 9∶1(V/V)混合液萃取香烟中尼古丁 .过滤、干燥处理后用高氯酸—冰醋酸标准溶液进行非水滴定 ,测定烟草中尼古丁含量 .方法简便、快速 ,不使用标准品 .应用于香烟中尼古丁含量的测定 ,相对标准偏差小于 3.91% ,加标回收率在 96 .8%～ 10 2 .6
A nonaqueous titrimetry method was proposed for the determination of nicotine in cigarette. In Ba(OH)2 act, toluene-chloroform 9:1(V/V) was used to extract nicotine in cigarette. Perchloric-acetic acid standardized solution was harnessed for nonaqueous tirimetry. This method is characterized by brevity and efficiency. The desired result is that the relative standard deviation is less than 3.91% and the recovery is between 96.8% and 102.6%.
