摘要
目的 :探讨鸡枞菌中多糖的含量。方法 :本文采用苯酚 -硫酸比色法测定了云南产鸡枞菌中多糖的含量。结果 :鸡枞菌中含有多糖且多糖含量较高。结论 :方法简单 ,灵敏度高 ,准确性强。
Objective: To research the content of Polysaccharopeptide in Collybia albuminosa. Methods: We used the phenol- Sulphuric acid method to determine the content of Polysaccharopeptide in Collybia albuminosa from Yunnan province.Results: There are Polysaccharopeptide in Collybia albuminosa and its content is higher. Conclusion: This method is simply, sensitive and accurate.
