摘要
分析LNG“老化”的原因,根据LNG“老化”现象的实质,在CNG中掺加不同比例的乙烷模拟了LNG的“老化”结果,利用AVL-501发动机燃烧分析仪记录LNG“老化”后对发动机运行的影响,结果表明,LNG“老化”后,发动机的燃烧性能将会发生改变,特别是爆压将会增加,因此,在燃用LNG作为发动机的燃料时,LNG的“老化”现象必须得到重视。
The reasons of LNG weathering are analysed. According to the essential of weathering of LNG, the result of weathering is simulated by mixing different quality C2H6 into CNG. The effect which the weathering of LNG impacted on the engine is recorded by AVL-6501.The result indicats that the combustion performance of engine would change after LNG weathering,especially the maximum combustion pressure would increase. So, when LNG is used as engine fuel, the phenomenon of weathering must be pay attention to.
